The swim
will leave from the banks of a family farm. It will be a triangular
couse, 1000 meters long. The water temperature should be between
70-75 degrees. USAT rules regarding wetsuits will appy. Kayaks
and Seadoos will be in the course area to monitor swimmers.See

The bike
ride will be a 35 kilometer loop with several good climbs,
fast downhills, and rolling to flat terrain following the
contour of the lake and beautiful Roan Creek. This is an incredibly
scenic ride and should be starting to show some good fall
colors for the race. See

BIKE
ROUTE: From church go .8mi, turn left on Dry Hill Rd.,
go 5mi., cross bridge, immediate right on Hwy. 167, go 6 mi.,
right on Big Dry Run, go 7.8 mi., right on Dry Hill rd., go
1 mi. then left back to church.

The run
will be an out-and-back course of 8 kilometers. The course
will be in a pastoral farm setting out to the main road, where
it will follow the perimeter of the lake for a short distance
before the turnaround and back to the finish area. See
